The Healing Begins

When I created that vision board, something in the spiritual realm shifted.

Faith had taken form.

And now, it was time for action.

God had shown me the vision — the life of freedom, movement, and joy I was meant to live — and now I had to walk toward it.

Healing is not passive.
It’s a partnership between heaven and earth — between what we believe and what we do.

Listening to Divine Direction

I began to pray differently.

Instead of begging for healing, I asked, “Lord, show me what to do.”

And He did.

Not in loud commands, but in gentle nudges — a book that appeared at the right time, a conversation with someone who had walked a similar path, a doctor who mentioned something that sparked curiosity.

Step by step, God began to guide me.

My nurse’s mind — trained in logic and anatomy — joined hands with my spirit, which was now fully awake.

I started looking at my body not as broken, but as communicating.

Every symptom was information.
Every flare-up was feedback.
And the more I listened, the more I learned.

Healing the Body

I was too sick to clean my home, but I could purge! It was just me and a big, black garbage bag.

Processed foods were replaced with real nourishment.

I detoxed my environment — my pantry, my products, my habits.

I began to understand that true healing couldn’t happen in a toxic terrain.

And then came a revelation that changed everything:
Parasites.

Through prayer, research, and divine alignment, I began to see how these unseen invaders were impacting my health — how they affected my nervous system, my mood, my energy, and even my autoimmune symptoms.

It was as if I had uncovered one of the great hidden root causes of my illness.

The more I learned, the more everything made sense.

The fatigue.
The brain fog.
The paralysis.
The pain that moved unpredictably through my body.

This wasn’t random. It was a message.

My body was asking to be cleansed — not punished, but purified.

Healing the Soul

But physical detox alone wasn’t enough.

God made it clear: I had to release the emotional weight too.

Years of overgiving, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and hidden grief had worn me down.

My nervous system had been stuck in fight-or-flight for so long that my body forgot how to rest.

So I began to face the pain I had avoided — the buried emotions, the disappointments, the memories that still made my heart ache.

I cried. I prayed. I forgave.

Because healing isn’t just about removing what’s bad — it’s about making room for what’s good.

When I let go of resentment, my heart softened.
When I forgave myself, peace entered.
When I began to trust that God was guiding every cell in my body back to order, I felt light return.

Healing the Mind

The mind is powerful — and I had to retrain mine.

No more “I’m sick.”
No more “I can’t.”
No more rehearsing worst-case scenarios.

I began speaking life over myself:

“I am healing.”
“My body is aligning with divine intelligence.”
“Every day, in every way, I am becoming stronger.”

These weren’t empty affirmations — they were declarations of faith.

I was reprogramming my mind to agree with what Heaven already knew to be true.

The Miracle in Motion

It didn’t happen all at once.

Healing came in layers — like the sunrise, slowly lighting up the sky.

My pain began to ease.
My energy returned.
I started walking again. Then moving more. Then laughing more.

One morning, I
